  • 10 weekly Friday group zoom calls
  • 2 x 60-minute private one-on-one check-ins with me, via zoom (to be used anytime during the course)
  • A printed workbook (mailed directly to you) that guides you step-by-step through the course
  • A deeper understanding of your Quality of Life personality–your motivations, goals, challenges, strengths, and more
  • Access to the Fitness in Menopause app
  • Permanent access to an exclusive Fitness in Menopause online community chat, where you'll receive ongoing support and have the option to participate in a monthly group zoom call (even after the course is finished)
