  • 2 x 60-minute private one-on-one check-ins with me, via zoom (to be used anytime during the course)
  • Two printed workbooks (mailed directly to you) that guides you step-by-step through the course
  • A deeper understanding of your Quality of Life personality–your motivations, goals, challenges, strengths, and more.

  • Extra one-on-one zoom meetings with me (30-minute or 60-minute length options) - where I will give you more personalized support and coaching.
