The 10-week program goes beyond the strictly physical. It will include science-based lessons, one-on-one check-ins, peer connection, and customized fitness and lifestyle advice to help you maximize your quality of life during menopause.

- In-depth and current research-based, interactive curriculum
- 10 weekly Friday group zoom calls
- 2 x 60-minute private one-on-one check-ins with me, via zoom (to be used anytime during the course)
- A printed workbook (mailed directly to you) that guides you step-by-step through the course
- A deeper understanding of your Quality of Life personality–your motivations, goals, challenges, strengths, and more
- Access to the Fitness in Menopause app
- Permanent access to an exclusive Fitness in Menopause online community chat, where you'll receive ongoing support and have the option to participate in a monthly group zoom call (even after the course is finished)
You can purchase add-ons to the course, such as:
- Extra one-on-one zoom meetings with me (30-minute or 60-minute length options) - where I will give you more personalized support and coaching.
- A customized to your needs, menopause-specific, 4-week or 10-week exercise program - with access to your own curated video library
These add-ons can be purchased during check-out, or after you've registered for the course.
