Consultations begin with a detailed questionnaire that teaches us both about your particular needs and challenges. Then, over the course of this sixty-minute session, I’ll gather information and devise a roadmap for your fitness journey going forward.

Let me help you make this year your strongest year yet with customized workouts. One of the biggest challenges I hear from women is that during the menopausal transition, their bodies don't seem to respond the same as they did before. That they are confused and frustrated about all the mixed messages about what they are "supposed" to do. I will work with you to create the best exercise routine for YOU. Every workout is custom-designed specifically for you, considering your goals, equipment, fitness level, time, and likes/dislikes. You can access your workout library any time via my app and ask me as many questions as you need.

My goal is to help you find what works best for you and, most importantly, what you enjoy doing. Without joy, there is no sustainability, and that is the ultimate goal; finding something that you will want to do long-term. Contact me to find out more!

Fitness in Menopause Masterclass

This class is a rare combination of education, support, and motivation that goes beyond the strictly physical. With fitness as a baseline, we’ll delve into so many other ways to optimize this next stage of life!

In order to assure plenty of personalized attention, enrollment is limited. It is my hope that, together, we’ll navigate the challenges and rewards of menopause in a healthy, sustainable, and rewarding way. 

The 10-week program includes

  • In-depth and current research-based, interactive curriculum 
  • 10 weekly Friday group zoom calls
  • 2 x 60-minute private one-on-one check-ins with me, via zoom (to be used anytime during the course)
  • Two printed workbooks (mailed directly to you) that guides you step-by-step through the course
  • A deeper understanding of your Quality of Life personality–your motivations, goals, challenges, strengths, and more.
