I'm Dr. Maria Luque

As a health educator and fitness expert, my goal is to combine my love for fitness and education to help you live a better and healthier life. I strongly believe that education is the key to succeeding at anything you set your mind to. So making sure that you understand the WHY is at the core of everything I do.


Although I specialize in helping women understand the role that fitness has in menopause, I love sharing education that goes beyond the topic of menopause.

My Fitness in Menopause Masterclass is a rare combination of education, support, and motivation that goes beyond the strictly physical. With fitness as a baseline, we’ll delve into so many other ways to optimize this next stage of life!

In order to assure plenty of personalized attention, enrollment is limited. It is my hope that, together, we’ll navigate the challenges and rewards of menopause in a healthy, sustainable, and rewarding way.

The next cohort starts September 16th and runs for 10 weeks, until November 25th. Registration is only open for a limited time, and the registration is limited to ensure a small class size.

The 10-week program includes:

  • In-depth and current research-based, interactive curriculum 
  • 10 weekly Friday group zoom calls
  • 2 x 60-minute private one-on-one check-ins with me, via zoom (to be used anytime during the course)
  • A printed workbook (mailed directly to you) that guides you step-by-step through the course
  • A deeper understanding of your Quality of Life personality–your motivations, goals, challenges, strengths, and more
  • Access to the Fitness in Menopause app
  • Permanent access to an exclusive Fitness in Menopause online community chat, where you'll receive ongoing support and have the option to participate in a monthly group zoom call (even after the course is finished)
